No, the *Fat Lady* Hasn't Sung Yet ...

BUT, I do think that I hear her warming up in the hallway.  LOL

Even though it's not quite done (waiting on a new chandelier), I thought I'd share our refreshed bedroom!  I posted last week about how one simple painting project turned into adding new fabric, painting furniture, switching furniture around (blah, blah, blah) ... but, I must say, we're enjoying the new changes ...

Take a peek around ...

One more time ...

EDITED TO SHARE THE NEW CHANDELIER AND CARPET!

I'll be back soon to share all the "deets" with you.   Thanks so much for stopping by!

Becca!!!! It is absolutely gorgeous!! I love the new soothing color palette and the paint looks fantastic. :-) Did you make the comforter(?) at the foot of the bed? My mom has some of that line of fabric in their master bedroom and has been trying to decide what to do on their bed. Well done friend!

I was just thinking today about how your painting was coming along. On Super Bowl Sunday I started redoing a cabinet in my bathroom, I've had a couple of glitches and hope to finish it before we leave for Savannah next week.

Your room is just beautiful....but of course, how could it not be?

Great job!

You shouldn't have done that...you've started those rusty wheels in my head turning. Our bedroom floorplan is very similar, except my windows to the right of the bed are bayed. I lie in bed thinking about painting that tray ceiling, and now you're making me want to paint mine blue like that...so, I'm sure my husband is thanking you for that. ;o) My bdrm is in browns, orange, greens, red (tropical), and now I'm thinking blue might be good. So, please share your paint colors. Your bedroom is beautiful, and I especially like the drape fabric at the top, along w/ the mirrored dresser.

What pretty colors you used in this room, Becca! You gave me a good idea for placement of my darn alarm clock- I like it on top of the books in the tray. I've been trying to hide it, but I like what you did with it. :-)
I like the mirrored chest, too.
