turns into this project ...
which turns into *this* project (I mean, it IS only natural for you to stop in the middle of painting to clean your cabinets out):
which then leads me here? LOL. If you know the answer, I'm all ears!
I can't wait to share my craziness that's been going on in the kitchen!
How many projects are *you* in the middle of today?
Becca
If you could only see the "situation" I have going on here! I've been working in my closets...nothing seems to jive with my organizing...or lack thereof. Now, I've decided to switch bedrooms! Talk about an overall and redo...give me strength. :-)
ReplyDeleteI know your white cabinets are going to be gorgeous!
xo
Pat
you know i'm in the middle of a whole house purge....slow going but it is coming together! i cleaned out under my kitchen sink a few weeks ago, threw out stuff, got some pull out containers, etc. it's so much better and makes me happy to look inside!
ReplyDeletehad our yard sale yesterday and made lots of $$, enough to finish up the guest room...yay!
can't wait to see what you're up to.
I finished three this weekend, baby bedding for the second twin, silk flower arrangement for other daughter and a pillow from scraps of fabric. And major clearn up around the house. Does that count?
ReplyDeleteIt does seem that one thing leads to another, but I know you will be happy with the results. Keep going!!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
Becca- Isn't that the way it always is? I painted a table which meant I changed things around on the top which means now I need to change the whole room around to accommodate THAT change. It is never ending- Can't wait to see your cabinets. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking this very same thing. I tend to hop all over the place too.
ReplyDeleteHaha...you can come get distracted in my cabinets anyday!
ReplyDeleteWhatever you are up to, I'm sure it will end in fabulousness. Enjoy the hottub!
♥Linsey
One thing always leads to another around here too! I can't wait to see what your up too!
ReplyDeleteLOL, that's awesome. It always starts with the smallest project. After five years we finally painted our oak cabinets white last month. We love how they turned out. Can't wait to see yours!
ReplyDeleteOk... I am thinking thatbyoubstarted with beadboard and that got the ball rolling! I KNEW you would be painting those cabinets soon!! Can't wait to see!
ReplyDeleteYou go cutie! I'll be waiting to see what you're doing! I think I can guess.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Seems all very natural & normal to me, Becca! Can't wait to see what you are doing. My answer to your question about how many projects? Make that about a gazillion, give or take a few....lol!
ReplyDeleteOh my, you are such a tease, ha! Ok, now I am dying to know what you are doing! Well, all I can say is, you are not alone, we all tend to get side-tracked, don't we?
ReplyDeleteEnjoy that hot tub and drink! Realx, you deserve it! XO ~Liz
I do this too, quite often. Lol I call it decorating ADD.
ReplyDeleteHello! We look forward to your nice blog. From Japan. Ryoma Sakamoto.
ReplyDeleteHaHa! I feel your "pain", Becca and can so relate to your dilemma! Really looking forward to seeing what you've been up to.
ReplyDeleteOoh..whatcha up to, girl? I can't hardly wait to see what you've done!! =)
ReplyDeleteI can so relate. One thing always leads to another...kind of like going into Walmart to purchase a loaf of bread and you come out with $100 worth of items. What?!
ReplyDeleteYou're so brave! Oh your aching back! I know what you're up to now! It will look fabulous! Love it already!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it!! Is it the chalk paint? I have some in my cabinet that is calling my name too!! I can't wait to see it when it's done!! Thank you for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteI soooo understand! I always feel like the mouse in that book "If you give a Mouse a Cookie"!!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck, and I can't wait to see the final product
I soooo understand! Most of the time I feel like the mouse in the book "If you give a Mouse a Cookie"! Haha!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck and I can't wait to see the finished product.
Oh my goodness, I can't wait to see the kitchen. I know is is going to be stunning. Doesn't it feel good to get a lot of things done. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you do! Megan
ReplyDeleteThat's too funny. That is exactly how most of my project go too. A cold beer solves everything!
ReplyDeleteDon't you wish there were more hours in the day and you could clone yourself. I find myself doing the same thing, but never in the middle of a painting project! Can't wait to see how it turns out!
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly why I haven't started my kitchen yet....I'm afraid of all the other tasks that go along with it...and I don't have a hot tub but my next door neighbor does. Can't wait to see your finished project.
ReplyDeleteI have about 5 projects started....and no end in sight! As always....one thing leads to another!
ReplyDeleteblessings,
karianne
Projects always turn into a vicious circle!!!! It never fails. Can't wait to see your kitchen, Becca. XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteHa! I can't stay on task to save my life... one little something, turns into something else. All. The. Time.
ReplyDeleteMust be a blonde thing? hehe

Shelia :)
