Fall Dining Room

I've loved seeing all of your fabulous Fall decor and have enjoyed all of the great Fall linky parties going on right now!  You all are so very inspiring, from your mantelscapes ... to your welcoming entries ... to your vignettes and tablescapes!

When it came to creating a Fall tablescape in *our* dining room, once again, I was stumped.  But, after playing ... and playing ... and *playing,* I decided to include these elements:

A simple, ceramic pumpkin showcased in a large, glass cloche:

Wheat, burlap, pumpkins and autumn art peeking through:

Beautiful Wedgewood China from my sweet Mom:

Faux Fall florals with candles nestled in here and there:

A beautiful soup tureen I recently picked up at a local consignment shop:

Festive turkey plates (Home Goods) and canvas napkins and softly detailed cream plates (Wal-Mart):

A cream urn, turned (literally) cornucopia, with Fall embellishments spilling out:

Our new French seat covers, making their debut, along with our new friend, "Lucille," who we are (ah hem) borrowing from my parents.

All of it has come together to create this:

and, this:

With evening glimpses like this:

and, this.

You know, maybe ... just, maybe ... we'll actually eat a meal in here one day!  LOL

Thanks so much for stopping by, sweet friends,

Becca

Come ON, Becca! Seriously? You put everyone to shame - ha ha! Your dining room (from table to plate lined shelves to the chandy) is one of the most beautiful I've seen. If I had a bigger budget, I'd hope to emulate what you've done. Consider me a new follower. (P.S. You have really good hair! :))

I'm stopping by from 2805 where I've linked up as #118-120. Come visit me at thepolkadotshoes.blogspot.com.

Becca, it is amazing!!! Everything you do is always so elegant! Beautiful plates and the white pumpkins and candles are just absolutely perfect with your decor. I said it before and I say it again, they need to publish your home on the front page of a magazine. Gorgeous!

Becca it is beautiful! I love the turkey plates. I have not seen those at ours. The tapers are fabulous in the evenings. That chandy is an eye stopper. You always do such beautiful things.

It's too pretty to eat in there, Becca! : ) I love those turkey dishes. Now I really have to get myself to Home Goods! Your whole table looks beautiful and the glow of the candles really makes it very warm and inviting to sit, enjoy a good meal, a nice bottle of wine and good conversation.
